If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in The Landing At Cannon Branch.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in The Landing At Cannon Branch we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
