If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Stratford Glen.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Stratford Glen we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
