We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in New Haven.
The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in New Haven we will best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
