If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Coverstone Square.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Coverstone Square we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
