If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Woodley West.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Woodley West we can nail down the retail value of your property.
