If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Velvadale.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Velvadale we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
