If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Mount Daniel.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Mount Daniel we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
