If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Culmore.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Culmore we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
