If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Annalee Heights.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Annalee Heights we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
