We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Features.
The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Features we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
