If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Westbriar.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Westbriar we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
