If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in South Wind.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in South Wind we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
