If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Marywood Estates.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Marywood Estates we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
