If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Courthouse Woods.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Courthouse Woods we can nail down the actual value of your home.
