We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Ashlawn.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Ashlawn we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
