If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Beverly Forest.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Beverly Forest we will nail down the retail value of your property.
