If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Woodcrest.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Woodcrest we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
