If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Stratford Place At Kings.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Stratford Place At Kings we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
