If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Fox Den Estates.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Fox Den Estates we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
