Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Oak Farms.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Oak Farms we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
