If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in West Langley.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in West Langley we will best know the market value of your property.
