If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Odricks Corner.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Odricks Corner we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
