We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Crosswoods.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Crosswoods we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
