If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Chain Bridge Woods.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Chain Bridge Woods we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
