If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Broyhills_mc_lean_ests.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Broyhills_mc_lean_ests we will nail down the actual value of your rental.
