If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Ox Road Estates.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Ox Road Estates we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
