If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Sycamore Ridge.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Sycamore Ridge we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
