If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Dominion Ridge.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Dominion Ridge we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
