If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Estates At Roseland.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Estates At Roseland we will help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
