We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Hoover_Property.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Hoover_Property we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
