If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in North Hart Run.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in North Hart Run we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
