If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Woodridge.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Woodridge we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
