If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Townes_of_burke.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Townes_of_burke we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
