If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Millstone_pond.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Millstone_pond we can nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
