If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Lee Chapel Woods.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Lee Chapel Woods we can help determine the market value of your home.
