Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Burke.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Burke we can best know the actual value of your property.
