If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Red_fox_forest.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Red_fox_forest we will best know the market value of your property.
