If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Ravensworth_park.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Ravensworth_park we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
