If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Hummer Woods Estates.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Hummer Woods Estates we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
