If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Broyhill Crest.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Broyhill Crest we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
