If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Village Park.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Village Park we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
