If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Ridge Top.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Ridge Top we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
