If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Oxford Row Condos.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Oxford Row Condos we will best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
