If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Lord Fairfax Estates.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Lord Fairfax Estates we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
