If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Bradfield.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Bradfield we will best know the actual value of your rental.
