If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in West_Springfield.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in West_Springfield we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
