If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Woodlawn.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Woodlawn we will nail down the retail value of your property.
