If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in The_waterview.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in The_waterview we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
