If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in The_eclipse_on_center_park_condominium.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in The_eclipse_on_center_park_condominium we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
