We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Ridgecrest.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Ridgecrest we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
